How we rate external links

Every link on this site that points to another website carries a small privacy badge. The grade — from A (Clean) to F (Invasive) — is computed by the open-source pbc-classification module from a few observable signals: third-party ad/tracking cookies, whether the site honours Global Privacy Control, the density of ads & trackers and third-party scripts, browser fingerprinting, session replay, and whether it sells or shares personal data. A worse signal always dominates, and anything not verified is left unknown — it never improves a grade.

About these grades#

These privacy grades are editorial opinions, not statements of fact. They are formed from publicly observable behaviour as of each entry's verification date, and can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong — sites change. They are provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. If you operate a site listed here and believe a classification is inaccurate, corrections are welcome.
